Platform Requirements
BLADE is largely platform independent. However, there are a few dependencies:
- Static Mockups require a browser capable of rendering XML & XSL into HTML on the fly (IE 6 and recent versions of Mozilla both do the trick)
- Theme Generation uses several MS-DOS batch files for process control. Hopefully this
will be ported to perl and/or unix shell scripts soon.
- JSP Tag Library should be compatible with most application frameworks. It has been
tested on struts and tiles and works fine.
Additionally, client-side browsers need to support CSS. Blade will work without javascript, but
it is recommended that the browser understand object-oriented javascript and W3C DOM.
